I read that the Kupffer cells are found NOT in the Disse Space, but rather in the sinusoids of the liver that are a lined with fenestrated endothelial cells. Could you confirm and correct?

My anesthesiologist put a pillow under my head during cardiac surgery. I caught Tapia’s syndrome and an Hypoxic brain injury. I lived but lost everything I had worked for for forty years, my wife divorced me and my three children haven’t spoken to me since. It’s been eight years. I am alive with zero quality of life.

The energy produced by 36 ATPS is not utilised fully by the normal cell. Some part of the energy is converted into heat, a waste product. But though a waste product, it is very essential for sustaining the functioning of the normal cell. In cancer cells this heat sustenance is on a very low scale due to only 2 ATPs produced in aerobic glycolysis. Thus cancer cells become heat starved or they maintain low heat profile. Because of low heat profile, normal functioning in cancer cells is disrupted and their mitochondria stop producing ATPs required for heat sustenance of cancer cells.
