I wonder, since even adult brains still have neural stem cells in those two regions, would it make sense to hypothetically extract a very small number of those stem cells and use them to grow grafts for treating spinal cord damage or spinal cord defects?

@DrFlexit Жыл бұрын
@@omnipotentalmost4145 Everything has healed man. Just rest up and try not to use your back much. These are mostly overuse injuries and also the fact that we don't stretch much. So stretch a lot and focus on your core. You will heal soon. Give it a month.
@omnipotentalmost4145 Жыл бұрын
@@DrFlexit Happy to hear your healed man. Me I've never been in the gym.i do calisthenics and squats only, the Injury was due to a sudden weight squat like 10 kg, I did it somehow rapidly and without warmup... That is not fair lol,... I've never injured my back
@DrFlexit Жыл бұрын
@@omnipotentalmost4145 I see. Warm up and stretches are very essential man. Always warm up and stretch. But the core must be strong. Most painful stuff happen because of weak core.

Having trouble with the last part of this video in my muscles, the actin, the contraction of my body muscles are a mess. I get my body loose in water but then the muscles will tighten up horrible with activity within minutes. I'm a walking miracle t9t10 spinal damage, I'm trying to recover, but 3.5 years after spinal damage my muscles are freezing up in tightness so bad I don't know what to do. My Dr could are less so I try my best to solve this issue. Its horrible and it's hard to stay loose, yet to exercise I must to save my limbs.

I do plyo using palms no problems. I have foot ladder footballs on grass. I went thru the ladder with palms, in and out the ladders OK. THEN I GOT AN IDEA. I did it with the fists I PUNCHED in & out of the rungs(14 rungs). My arms,back,chest was extreme tight for a month a couple years ago. The doctor didn't see any tears from the ligaments. I used to 20 pullups, I can only do 3 now. Seeing this. I believe I destroyed the cells. From out of the rungs I pressed up from outside of the rung into the rung with A PUNCH IN THE GRASS to get out of the rung.
