Mitch Perry, what an underrated shred god! He certainly stood up to what Billy was dishing out on the bass and threw it right back at him, and it sounds great here. I used to listen to this album all the time back in the day and it still sounds really good for the time. Too bad Phil Naro was such a weak vocalist, though.

I guess I'll go against the grain here. As huge Maiden fan and not much of a fan of DT, I enjoyed listening to this. My first takeaway is this puts in perspective how great Dickenson is. I suppose Bruce is the difference in Maiden playing in front of 30,000 vs 3,000 without him.

This was one of my favorite albums in high school. I started looking for this DVD in '83. 20 years later I found it in an import bin in a record store. It's on the EMI label. Never did find out if it was ever released here in the states.

Ok aka Jeff thanks for this as I heard this live myself in Baltimore, don’t remember who they opened for, doesn’t matter. Imma talk about it and not be a reactor because I know this music, don’t want the beginners to miss the important parts as I see them. Music appreciation is the class, lesson 1- 2 ears and headphones. Lesson2- we learn isolated listening as we go….ready- mm K. Pat will talk, sing scream….forget that….isolate on the drums, from the beginning of the song. Listen to the intro, get to the bridge- Bridge= part of the song around the middle that sounds different ( rock music that’s universally where a solo can be found) then finish the song with the drum solo. Next song- same.✅ So- that guy shows up playing live with a few other people all the way back to Black Oak Arkansas. When you hear him, you know it’s him. Please learn how this guy sounds.❤😊

Que pedazo de banda extraordinaria era Iron Maiden con Paul Di'anno, Clive Burr y Dennis Stratton; un sonido preciso, feroz, fuerte, veloz y punky, un sonido que para mi, se perdió para nunca más volver....

If you have noisy neighbors, this would be the one to put on the stereo at 10 volume, all windows open, leave it on loop and take two weeks in Jamaica.
