I have yet to see an ugly Jaguar, I doubt they even exist.😍

Just lovely. Up there with many of the classic Ferraris in my book, just a few from the Scuderia top it. Lovely is an understatement.

I'm long out the trade. The only Maserati I ever drove was a Sebring International, 1965 model the one that was on their stand at the Motor Show. I got my paws on it mid 70s, for a short drive. It's a different world of motoring and definitely a pulse quickener.

As the owner of a '58 Mk VIII since 1972 (RHD, Duotone grey, 3.4, manual with overdrive) I viewed this video with interest. Congratulations on a beautiful build, but I think some of the heritage is lost when you swap out the legendary XK engine that won Le Mans five times in the 1950's.

I've got a 1986 QPIII with just over 70k miles on the clock. Superb car, handles really well for the giant car that it is. Interior is stellar. Mine is a 3 speed Chrysler auto with a shift kit installed for better performance. Drove it around Sear's Point raceway when Maserati came back to the US of A. Big sedan 4 wheel drifts nicely when pushed. FORZA magazine even mention the car (#13 sticker on race day) in an issue back in the day. The styling is in my mind an Armani suit in steel. Just elegant and muscular. MPG is terrible, but to be expected, 8 city and 10 Highway.... I managed 6 mpg last time I filled it up, but it is a glorious ride! Italian Rolls Royce. It is just lovely. "Sculpitori d'auto" is what a poster in my garage says 🙂

At 1:39 it's not red over black, it's the other way around - black over red. Sorry to be over picky but it's noticeable. Still a beautiful car, my late Mum's favorite. Dad's was a Rover 3500TC. MANY thanks and take care.

Love the old Jaguars from the 50’s & 60’s, my Dad owned a Mk7, split screen, followed by a Mk2 3-4. The piano music is very poignant could you tell me who the piece is by as there isn’t a reference to it in the description.

Often thought of a V12 in a mk 7,8 or 9. I've had plenty of V12 Jags but this does appeal to me

Why did you switch the ignition from the center console to the steering column? I've seen this a few times. I have a 1970 with center console ignition and I'm quite sure that was stock.

Love this car. My father had a Mk7 followed by a Mk8 in the late fifties. The Mk7 was two-tone blue and had been 'hotted-up' by the first owner. It ran mostly C-type running gear; the phenomenal performance well above a standard '7'. It was stolen and written off by two lads, luckily they survived. I can still remember the number OXL999.
