Hi, Loucia! You're absolutely right about propolis! Propolis perfectly protect the immune system. Lucky for those who have friends of beekeepers!😊 I want to add that green onions combined with honey(ugh, what a mess!) It is also an exellent defender of the immune system. And this is not a joke. Don't forget about garlic, which was part of the diet of German soldiers on the eastern front in winter period during WW II. Thank you for vlog. Have a nice week.🌞🍂

oui je viens de voir la liste d’ingrédient de la CC crème Erborian .. 8 silicones différents, du dioxyde de titane, du PEG.. 🙁 (et bella hadid c’est trop🥹 )
