Do you mean turning on Airplane mode turns off access to data, WiFi, and Bluetooth? Is that it? But while it is on, but everything is off, you can turn on WiFi but still have data access and Bluetooth off. Does this save on roaming charges?

Thank you so much! Used this to login to an Alcatel Linkzone Hotspot that was delivered without the default password 🤦‍♀ Thank Goodness for Android phones and old tech. I was able to WPS in to the hotspot then sign in using the default router login info. Password is admin btw just incase anyone else comes here for this reason.
