My wife and I are flying a 767-400 (first time) in business class to Ireland in October and your video was very well done and informative. The best air travel video I’ve seen. The format was very good. Thank you. I’ve subscribed.

Why did United have to pull out of the JFK route ??
@LoganAviation2 ай бұрын
To my knowledge, they were only able to acquire temporary slots at JFK. I would love to see United Airlines return at some point in the near future. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try this route!

The new 320 XLR with it massive Center fuel tank is going to require more runway. Does anyone think it would be able to takeoff from this airport given the requirements?

I fly Delta business class for work all the time. It's amazing and makes me sad that personal travel is so expensive in business class. Fortunately I have to plan ahead quite a lot so I'm able to find relatively cheap tickets for most international personal travel like this. 10/10 would recommend it at least once in your life if you have never had the chance and you stumble into a great deal for it. The non-American brands like Emerits, Lufthansa, and Saudia are nicer experiences, but Delta does a great job. Bonus if you fly out of Europe and get to fly on a Virgin Atlantic flight operated for Delta.

This is my home airport. I can even see Huntington Beach in this video. It is a wild ride, especially when the pilots do the more extreme version of noise management by flying out very steep and then throttling back while over Newport Beach. Thanks for a good view of this ride.

It blows my mind how huge (and immensely powerful) these engines are. The GE-90 is legit wider than a 737 fuselage. A small detail that I always find interesting is that the pylon to which the engine is mounted on has an upward slope to accept its immense size and large curved cowling shape. On most planes it slopes down or stays straight, including 777s that are equipped with Rolls Royce Trent 800 engines

How easy is it to get out if you are in a window seat and the seat mate is fully reclined?
@LoganAviation6 ай бұрын
It's pretty challenging. If I had to use the lavatory, I would have to wake them up to get by. I didn't want to wake up my seatmate, so I only stepped into the aisle if they were up and about.

I flew the Delta DL 229 Delta 1 Business Class from Charles De Gaulle Paris to Cincinnati Ohio. It was a Boeing 767-400. There were a few things that were a problem. The main one was that I had an inside seat i.e. between the isles. The seat had a small opening to get into and out of the seat. Because of the configuration some seats had a large opening some a small. I felt cramped. I asked to move since the flight was not full. I want to make sure I don't get that seat type again. The seat maps are not exacting enough. They are simply a sketch. The layout was similar to the one in your video. I would like to find out which seats have a bigger access to the aisle. My wife was in a window seat unlike yours she was held away from the window by the construction of the chair. If all 767 in Deltas fleet are configured the same them even rows are the way to go for seats close to the outside window. The last thing that bothered me is that Air France would not let us pick on seat one day before the flight. the flight in its self was good . thanks for your help if you can .

Delta One Open Suite Review Thanks for your review. I’ve also flown in this suite and concur that it’s a good choice if the price is reasonable. Seating Preference for Frequent Movers: In terms of seating, if you’re someone who needs to get up often, the odd-numbered seats closer to the aisle are more convenient. Personal Seating Preference: However, I personally find these too close to the aisle and prefer the inward-facing seats. Comfort Concerns: A notable point about comfort: the seats are somewhat hard, and when in the lay-flat position, they are exceptionally close to the ground (around 5-10 inches), which might be uncomfortable for side sleepers, especially if you’re near the aisle. Overall Preference and Seat Opinion: While Delta is my preferred airline overall, this isn’t my favorite seat. Suite Door Feature: Interestingly, the suite door, which some reviews label as gimmicky, actually proves to be quite useful in this context.
