If you want it long, you may have to increase the yards you will fold, plus you won't have 60 inches all round you will be increasing the inches as you move to the other end of the fold or you use a fabric with longer width

It may not be easy to use lace to achieve this design cut. even when you join, it may not give the best outcome. The only thing I can advise is that you get lace fabrics that you can make some cut out on, and then you will paste This ultimately means you will make use of bridal net of exact quantity as the other main fabic, cut it the same way, and then you will sew it together so that it will give you a shining and plain surface that you can paste the lace cut outson In the end, the outcome won't be easily differentiated from you using lace fabric I hope you understand Please share your outcome if you are able to achieve it

You will cut out the size of your neck just like you cut turtle neck. If you want it to be with bow rope, you will make it the cut a long one, but if you want it with it a button will cut the normal neck size
