My employer witnessed my fall!! Then they fired me!

What happens if the employer says they dont remember me calling and reporting my fall?! Then they tell me that they send employee to their doctors to get checked and that a accident report needs to be done! I never had this problem before so i didnt know about accident report and didnt know i had to go to their drs. When i called to report that i fell they said omg please becareful take as long as you need to recover! So i did. Because thats what my employer said to do! I was so clueless about workmens comp and all the rules. Now they have fired me because of non communications with them to let them know how i was doing!! This happen about a year ago no work im on social security 😢its been hard financially

And it's not a joke she said it verbally and in writing. And believed it or not the APPEALS TRIBUNAL agreed with her without a doubt or any question Atal. También me consultar con tratamientos sicológicos y siquiatría.

If the works compensation Dr made up the visited dates were WRONG 2 times and 2 forms, after that Dr, the company denied pay me. What should I do? And the Dr's office also lied about visited history. And Sedgwick manager lied about benefits-No lost times only mileage, so in 6 months I got only mileage money nothing else.

Also (same employer ) was demanding me to not schedule dr appointments for me and my two children during work hours and have them after work (single full time father) that was impossible due to MY Dr being in eastern time zone so they would be closed before I would be off work. And my PEDS Dr only scheduled late appointments at 330pm I clock out at 315 travel time is approximately 20 and children didn't get off bus till 4pm anyhow.. nonetheless I've left that employer. Now comes to today when I accepted a job w an employer and the recruiter asks to take a test on certain day and time. Notified them that time won't work unless we can make it earlier in day due no plan for children after school and wasn't expecting to report for another week. Their response was " LETS TALK A LITTLE, are your children going to be an inconvenience during work hours? If so , I think this job is not for you."

Yo me lastime la rodilla me resbalé de unas escaleras el lugar donde trabajaba tiene muchas escaleras me operaron la rodilla el doctor me daba restricciones para regresar pero no me dejaron regresar ya ceba a terminar mi Tratamiento pero siento que los dueños no quieren que regrese que puedo hacer yo he trabajado 25 años en ese lugar?
