Just sort of journaling here. I'm 20, only recently(3 months ago) made a friend- First friend in 5 years, actually. I'm medically dependent and in a situation that I need out of. I can drive but can't work. Well, My friend was in a similar situation. He can work but can't drive. He moved in after his sister threw him out. It's been amazing having him here, we can joke about things only we care about (ex. Hyperfixations) and we have almost the exact same interests. But we still both need out. Him and his friend who he's known for years (+ some others) have been working on a plan to get a place, and everything's falling into line. My friend talked to his friend, and now I've been added to the household! I don't have to work due to a medical complication, until it's fixed. While we wait for everything to fall into place for that, my friend and his friend are going to be teaching me life skills I was never taught. I'm meeting my friend's friend in person in about 2 weeks. This is exciting and terrifying!!!

@@ElSpecter76 I hope so! I'm meeting his friend on the 19th. We'll be here until about June/July of next year, and likely move out then. I have a few medical things to take care of before I leave. Hoping everything will go well
