Good evening, Jimmy. Nice cave, probably popular with the tourists. Your filler cap should be an easy repair. When you convert a van into a camper, do they need to be re classified by DVLA. I'm assuming it's a change of use for tax purposes. 👍

Good Morning Lee, Yeah, was lucky only the filler cap, as you say that should be an easy fix ( the van needs a couple more jobs though, you'll see what I mean in future video's haha (nothing too bad like ) ). The DVLA keep moving the goal posts as far as registering the van as a camper, I'm not going to bother, I don't want my van to look like a camper anyway ! I want it to be as stealthy as possible . Good afternoon, Jimmy. Noce scenery there, a shame about the weather. Still, it's nice to get suntan-sunburn every now and then. Parking is getting worse from what I've seen. Most of Amble is no overnight parking. Given the place is tourist focused now you'd expect the parking facilities to be better. There was a huge drone out this morning. Im not sure who operated it, possibly the harbour commission. It looked to be taking water samples or temperature testing. There was a dipping pod on it, lowerd down on a cable. 👍

Hiya Lee, Sorry for the slow reply, I thought I'd already replied (which I had ) until I realised my internet had gone down and it hadn't sent. Yes, the park-up at Amble has been on and off all year, shame really, I hope this trend of closing park-ups stops soon. My 1st drone ( a few years ago ) was a larger one but there really not worth the hassle ( loads of rules where you can fly them ) my more recent one is tiny in comparison but it's great, dead clever and because it's under 250g you can fly it ( legally ) in much more places. Hiya James ( great name by the way haha ) how you doing ? I had some dramas the other day haha, I had a day where everything seemed to go wrong, I made it through the Cairngorms and on to Pitlochry, after a long stressful day I decided to have an early night but around 1:00 A.M. I was woken firstly by voices, them banging on the van, I opened the door ( wrong thing to do I realise now ) to find a bloke in just a tee shirt ( cold night ) turned out to be a very drunk “Jock” ! I couldn’t understand a single word he was saying but as it was 1:00 A.M. I thought it couldn’t be anything good so told him to get on his bike ( very bluntly ) and shut the door on him. Only after I’d closed the door realised how daft I’d been opening the door, so fearing another visit or possible vandalism I moved on, not knowing anywhere else to park-up around there so I just kept driving, ending up in North Berwick ( at 3:15 A.M. haha ), a place I know well, and have stayed at many times before. It feels like I’ve driven a lot the last few days and I feel quite knackered so plan to stay here a couple of days now. Take care, safe journey …. Jimmy …

Good Afternoon Lee, Yes, Unfortunately that's life, I was really disappointed though, I was looking forward to getting some amazing footage of the paramotors, it was a real shame. Rain ! yeah, yesterday & today haha, I've been editing next week's video so haven't been outdoors much this weekend, editing is really time consuming, it takes hours, or is that just me haha. Thanks for watching, take care, see you next week ... Cheers ... jimmy ...

Hiya Nancy, hope your fit & well, and life's treating you good ! Yes, I was away for ... getting on a month and had a brilliant time, there should be Sunday video's for a few weeks now haha, and the best one's are still to come ! Yes, I bet watching camper van video's will remind you of getting away in your van and give you itchy feet haha. Thanks for watching, as always. cheers ... Jimmy ...

Ah, well done, I think I saw that chippy, but I'd already eaten by then, next time I'll try the Indian ! It's not far from the chippy I went to. It's difficult when you're not familiar with a new place, by the time you know where the best places are it's time to move on haha all part of the fun though, enjoy your trip ...
