Even wet (Jelly) and with subs, 147 @ 925 out of a G17 is questionable hearing safe outdoors and much louder indoors. I had major POI shift too but adjusted for it via red dot.

When shot dry is it better than firing without? Also is it hearing safe you'd say?
@savagecivilian3 ай бұрын
I’d say it’s better but not hearing safe dry.

I would recommend adding a leaf poncho/scrim/suit as they are extremely light, breathable, cheap, not bulky to transport and your ability to blend in is greatly enhanced.

I'm a smaller dude and my banshee shellback has served me well, I don't run anything on my waist but a g17 everything else is on my chest and sides running a dangler for TQ and IFAK. Radio mounted left side with surfire g2x flashlight and gerber multitool with 3 AR mags up front and extra 1 each on each side (yes I can reach all my shit) small gp pouch on right side with small boo boo kit camo face paint and anti fog drops with micro cloth dump pouch mounted under that on right side with 2 sets of zipcuffs. I don't run a bunch on my waist so my mobility is as good as it can get able to move quick in and out of vehicles windows and sprint fast when needed. Doorways and staircases are a problem if you work with a team and also thick vegetation if you gotta move fast I just prefer nothing on my waist or hips and have my plate carrier setup where I can wear it for 8 plus hours without hating life. Great video I love to see where ppls heads are with different kit.

Who is going to invade us? This stuff seems pricey for a what if??? IDK, my dad was a "what if" guy, seems like over kill. if SHTF, you will be in your home, behind a walls with all your gear. Who will be this mobile?
@savagecivilian6 ай бұрын
I think you missed the entire point of the video. Who thought Ukraine was gonna get invaded overnight? Do you live in the US? Do you see the monthly “protest” that turn to deadly riots? I’ll take the chances of knowing me and my family are good throughout any issues. As always better to have it and not need it than need it and not have. Think what you wish but this election is gonna be very ugly no matter who wins there will be civil issues.
@robertsmith4706 ай бұрын
It's not necessarily about whose going to invade, but who's gonna do some stupid shit. Had a buddy that had a shooting in front of his house, and rounds came through the house. He put on his gear, went outside to a concealed position, and prepared to defend his property and those on it (some of which were random people trying to get away from the gunfire).
@LuiDineroo5 ай бұрын
@@savageciviliantbh there’s a low ass chance anyone would be able to invade us. And if it does happen, they’d have some crazy ass machinery and artillery to be able to get that off so having a few guns isn’t going to make sure you and your family is safe.

@@savagecivilianbe honest, how often do you realistically train while lugging all that junk???? I mean, it's ok if you want to be a gear head, but don't pretend you're physically prepared, LOL.... Sorry, pal... nothing says wannabe like some pale pasty keyboard commando who cosplays like he's deploying to Fallujah
