Just a tip from soneone who consistantly gets 1st place most rounds on EU. Your FOV seems very low on infantry? A wider field of view will make it easier to spot enemies and get a better overview of your surroundings, if your rig can handle it.

@fred6907 thanks for the tip. I used to have it up just a touch higher but due to my i9 constantly crashing my fairly new PC I've had to do multiple reinstalls over the last few years. I probably missed bumping that back up. What are you currently running your FOV at?

@@Andro5pt0 90 on infantry. I have a 49" ultrawide, so the increased fov is crucial. Would also advice to learn the slide cancel thing, it makes you traverse faster. It's not by much, but it helps...especially in close combat situations. Smaller hitbox etc. Just noticed I have just over 1100 hours and 100k kills lol, I could basically play this game blindfolded at this point. Go hard!!

I was impressed with this one. It had some nice high-speed sections, the one chicane was definitely too narrow to be using in multi-player but it would be nice to see some legit racetracks from eventlabs to get thrown into the rotation.

Yes this was one of the more well constructed tracks from event labs. Would have been fun to try it with AI opponents

@@Andro5pt0 you can get some AI if you try doing a coop event. I got lucky and somehow ended up with one other person on my team. Didn't go well as they corner bombed me every chance they got.

I had some problems with grip on a few corners even with my pretty grip oriented tune. Of course you never know with randoms in online racing if they are doing it on purpose or not

@@Andro5pt0 I could immediately tell that they were race line dependent. Only reason I keep it on is to make sure I'm supposed to turn at the intersection, some follow it like a rails though.

The Soundtrack of this game and Diablo 2 is unbelievable. Not sure if it's just me that thinks this because of the countless hours I spent playing these games as a teenager when they came out or if Matt Uelmen is a legit Genius.

Thanks! as an older player, I HATE drifting like you I do it by "crab walking" I was having a bitch of a time doing this with my "drift" S2 car, this is the first time I have seen a Formula Drift car at S2, I had attempted it and failed... Glad I could help. It was not my tune tho I used that guy's tune on that car back in FH4 as well. Usually go to it when I don't feel like struggling with one of my own drift tunes....which aren't half bad but I got a late start on videos this week.
