I think you are wrong on the regedit export folder tree. watched 3 videos each was different one says export at certsrv, one says configuration folder and you say at CA name. i think configuration is correct. Or maybe it matters that target server name is same or different ? choose carefully.

I do the same as what you did however I cannot Ping the VPN server internal network. My client PC is assigned 10 subnet from VPN server but cannot ping to VPN LAN. Do you know what is going on? Much appreciated.

First of all what if domain admins needs to view the roaming profile of the end users ? they can't access it , what you have shown is that every user can only see their own profile so what's the point ? Do you know any way that don't break inheritance yet domain admins able to view the profile or simply say its not possible ?
