The newer movies just look so ADHD. Oddly enough, I think 1-3 have the best combination of speed, smoothness, but not overly hyper like any of the new movies.

When the Dark Troopers are rocketing away from Moff Gideon’s Cruiser and towards Grogu, the theme the music plays sounds exactly like the music from Halo Combat Evolved when you have to fight and survive against The Flood; chilling, terrifying, a serious threat not to be taken lightly.

Serious question, as a casual fan to me the empires star destroyers seem completely useless outside of the one scene in rogue one. Can anyone point me to a form of media in which they don’t? They’re such cool looking ships but they never do anything other than blow up.

Imo Rogue one has some of the best fight scenes. No Jedi or sith (except for that scene with vader). Just panicked and scared resistance soldiers with limited supply and weaponry against an imperial empire. Rogue one and Andor are my favorite Star Wars movie and show because they take politics and the war in Star Wars very seriously. Just helpless and desperate people finally rising up to tyranny.

you can tell Vader is seething under his mask in the original, you can hear it in his voice, but considering he just warched his son attempt to kill himself instead of joining him it makes alot of sense

I noticed a big plot hole lol, so vaders in both destroyers, assuming it’s the one from rogue one, how’d he know where her ship jumped to?

While I know it was to prevent dialogue from cutting in & out of the action (& to prevent the dialogue from distracting from the rest of the battle), it still feels uncanny hearing only music for sone of those scenes. 😅

Last week we heard something over Carpenters park. Looked on Flightradar and showed RAF C17. As it went over it was a huge drone with 4 propellers but was disguised as C17 on flightradar. Landed at RAF Northolt.

I feel like they really just botched the whole Star Wars series for those of us of who want to see an Empire story line and empire game over the rebels always winning. I want a story without plot armor like for one Luke isn’t about to sit here and defeat a bunch of Dark troopers when he struggles already with regular storm troopers. He didn’t become OG he just got old. Mando would have been dead he got hit hard enough that his brain would have been bouncing back and fourth in his dome. I dunno the story and should be empire victories but the rebel alliance wins instead bs is getting tiring.
