I've only seen brevifolia there. You might want to read about them and find out when they flower. Looking for the flowers is a good way to find the parrot pitchers, so that might help. Good luck!

Hello Buzz, guess what my name is. My brother Harvey (Buzbee) and I will soon be completing a two year long harp making project. I would love to send you some pictures and hear any input you may have.Wonderful playing by the way. Given the low numbers of Buzbees, it seems inevitable that we are related in some degree, aside from the fact that people call me Buzz, as they did my father before me and probably his before him. Our branch was established in Ethridge Tennessee in the early 19th century.

One site location I know of is under threat of extirpation being it's a very small bog in the middle of urban areas, but it has massive green Psittacina that rival the big one you filmed and nice Alata too

I've been bog-hopping since I was 17 (I'm now 63) and I have never seen a population of Sarracenia like this bog has! I did find a bog in California near Mt. Shasta that had a huge population of Darlingtonia that might be close to what your seeing in this bog... what made that so cool was some of the Darlingtonia were 36" tall, I had never seen Darlingtonia that large. I'm on the east coast and have found many Sarracenia Flava bogs throughout N. & S. Carolina, along with the usual things that grow there (sundews mainly). I've found Dionaea in large numbers in areas around Myrtle Beach, SC but I will not disclose the locations. Glad this bog is in a protected area. Fair warning to people who are bog-hopping in the south.... these locations are also home to several venomous snake species, I happened upon a large eastern diamondback rattlesnake in a Carolina bog and I've run into many copperheads and moccasins in my treks. North of where I live in Maryland I know of several bogs with Sarracenia Purpurea that are within fifteen miles of downtown Washington D.C. :) Enjoy your bog-hopping!

@@vinedasan I'm very pleased with it. It's an excellent instrument for such a modest price. There are lots of options that Dusty Strings offers with it, too, like an internal pickup and a stand that extends from within the body.

Помню этот 1750-й.. В морозный зимний вечер, зашел в таверну. Неясно, что согревало больше - божественная мелодия О'Каролана, или кружка холодного пива.
