It seems to me that the 5.7 below is more expensive. I was going over your SHOP. Is there a reason why the 6.4 does not have a Kit included pricing or I am wrong? I have a 2007 Jeep jk that is completely stock motor right now. Having issues with radiator fan control wiring that I cannot figure out. I plan to go V8 in the future so was wondering if I could go ahead and do this upgrade to camero fan and Lingenfelter controller? If I could, how do I keep the check engine light from coming on? Does the controller talk to Jeep system at all to tell it the fan is working properly?

I’m just wondering about shorty headers for the Ram 1500 HEMI, if they would fit nice? Also a fail point with the factory manifold is the factory bolts that hold them in place. They snap all the time. That why our HEMI Ram now has shorty headers and ARP bolts. Many years now and no problems.

Hello, could you run the Jeep JL 392 accessory drive instead? So you get the 6.4 hemi engine in a JL but have alternator clearance on the factory 392 JL? I ask because I have the PSC bigbore kit on my JL and the PSC reservoir that is supplied mounts where the electronic steering pump originally did on the frame, the stamdard 6.4 accessory drive alternator placement seems like I would have to relocate or move the reservoir and id prefer the alternator in a better place...thoughts?

So the mount fits a 2003-2010 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 truck with a 5.7L Hemi and a 545RFE transmission.

Been doing some research and ran across your channel. I have a 6 speed manual 3.6 but I no longer enjoy the manual and want to do an auto swap. I’m not interested in the 8 speed just a base auto from my same year 2012. Can you tell me what that intells. Obviously transmission, pedal assembly and wiring harness for the auto but where I’m stuck is whether or not I’ll need ecu ect…

That is a good question and it took 3 master cylinders to get the right setup and so this would make a difference on what calipers you are running. The 1 1/8 bore works great with the Fushun axles..

Todd is this overkill for the guys just running the Gladiator/JL 13" rotors/dual piston fronts, gladiator/JL larger rotors and calipers in the rear? Id rather skip the J8 setup if this solves all the brake issues once and for all

That is for a manual neutral in the transmission, we don't need that we have a neutral in the t case..

Yes we or you can do a 6.4L, 5.7L, but we do not do any manual transmissions. We can do a 8 speed..

Could you use the MC that comes with the hydro boost for the F-250? It is a 1.375” bore. Or is it too long? What about a 99 dodge 3/4 ton van MC with the 1.25” bore?

Yes this can work, but it all deepens on the calipers you are running.. I'm just use to using Corvette master cylinders. There are a lot of options, it would be best if the master cylinder fittings where on the passenger side.

Jeeps with the 5 Speed… I agree… With the 8 Speed… With 4.88’s I think you would still lose 8th with 37’s or bigger 🤔

When I bought my aluminum oil cooler base, I went with the doorman unit, base only, reused my MOPAR plate cooler. Then bought separate new MOPAR sensors for the back. Been two years no issues.

How does oil get into the computer? Are you saying the oil travels in between the wire and sheathing and then into the computer?

Yes that is exactly what is happening, the oil is going in the wire installation. It happens..

I just replaced mine. Fortunately, it wasn't leaking into the harness but it pegged by oil pressure at 99 #. I replaced it along with the oil temp sensor. I also fund a cracked lower intake so I updated my lower intake to 17+ as well as 8 hole injectors. Runs great. I have never seen a oil leak into the harness before though.
