I agree they don’t care about you after surgery. They don’t have comfortable seats for you to seat and they don’t cater to your schedule when scheduling post op massages.

It definitely helped with my butt. I was still very big after my lipo and I gain another 20 pounds after surgery.

This is the best video I’ve came across. I’m interested in becoming a lash tech and been wanting to know the difference between these styles and how to do them, you explained it so perfectly! I wrote down some notes while I watched this lol. Now I’ll keep this information in mind when I start practicing on a mannequin. After that I’ll be taking a lash course, wish me luck 🎉

Are you trying to maintain now or are you still on the journey? If maintaining, what are your plans to maintain? I'm always curious about the maintenance phase. Maintaining is always my issue. Ive dropped the weight (90 pounds) but will fluctuate up like 10 pounds then be strict before it gets out of hand. Then rinse and repeat in that 10 pound range. I just don't understand those who can effortlessly maintain.

So I am still actively try to lose another 15 pounds. But I have already started to research how to maintain the weight. Basically you want to stay in the same calorie deficit you were in losing weight for about 8 weeks. Then for four weeks up it by 500 calories then go back to the deficit for 8 weeks. I noticed that staying in my 1200 calorie deficit was keeping me stagnant after I lost a decent amount of weight. That’s why I’ll switch it up and do a liquid diet or 800 calorie deficit. You want to trick your body so it doesn’t get use to anything and leave you stagnant or gaining

I paid $1200 for a classic lash course and graduate esthetician school in August 2024. I know I just got overwhelmed not balancing my tweezers in both hands simultaneously on my live model. I wanted to cry. My trainer said if you cannot balance we will call it. I had no idea lashing would be so difficult. I feel like I cannot give up. I see so many successful. Thank you for the upload!
