Ur inspiring me to get back on my weight loss journey! When I went to Orange Theory they’d tell us walkers to do a higher incline, so instead of a sprint here and there I’d do 10+ incline in intervals, at like a 4 speed. The class measures everyone’s heart rate and mine was on par with the runners, so don’t be discouraged if runnings not your thing, the incline power walking is just as good. But if you wanna get into running that’s a great goal too! You’re looking amazing girl keep it up!! Emotional eating is such a bitch & u beat that bitch tf up!! Lol

Look up Dr.Nassif at Miami Life Plastic Surgery. The Goat 🐐 he didn't use drains. Miami Life they were good from beginning to end. The fajas were $150 each and he didn't charge for the cell saver. You spent way too much for that kinda of treatment. My friend paid a $6,500 with everything included massages and all necessaries and the 24hour nurse care and the nurse who did the Iv as well. I highly recommend dr. Nassif

My butt definitely got smaller but that’s normal. Whenever you lose weight you lose it everywhere. But I actually like it better it’s more proportioned and natural looking now. It’s definitely still there though and you can also keep up with the results by training legs after you lose the weight

I agree they don’t care about you after surgery. They don’t have comfortable seats for you to seat and they don’t cater to your schedule when scheduling post op massages.

It definitely helped with my butt. I was still very big after my lipo and I gain another 20 pounds after surgery.

This is the best video I’ve came across. I’m interested in becoming a lash tech and been wanting to know the difference between these styles and how to do them, you explained it so perfectly! I wrote down some notes while I watched this lol. Now I’ll keep this information in mind when I start practicing on a mannequin. After that I’ll be taking a lash course, wish me luck 🎉
