Thanks so much for the explanation. I have a question for you: Would you know what would be the cause(s) of some outrageous Total Float on an activity that has relationship with multiple activities? I thought one casue could be from a relationship between two (or more) activities that too far apart (time wise) in a crowded schedule. This doesn't seem to be the problem in my case. Any hint? I appreciate your comment.

Thank you! But could you please explain to me what the effects are if one project participate owns the float related to a "accelerated" non critical path or critical path activity against its obligations on the whole project schedule. Would that mean as if that participate deposits the benefit of the float into a sort of time bank and the benefit can be later on withdrawn from the bank to offset the liability of the delay it caused in the project completion date as a whole?
