Absolutely “Strange Paradise”! How can we determine the name of the composer?
@maljardin425127 күн бұрын
@@Bellero That's hard to pin down. The music for both this and STRANGE PARADISE was provided by a group called Score Productions. I've seen reports that most of Score's material for SP was composed by a fellow named (I think) Arthur Rubenstein. But we know they also recycled a few cues written for them in the early 1960s by Robert Cobert.

Thanks. I didn't know for a long time that TV Land cut material. They did with St. Elsewhere too.
@maljardin42513 ай бұрын
Early on, when TV Land had fewer sponsors, their broadcasts were uncut. Later, they took to trimming material to make room for more ads. So some of their EVIL TOUCH episodes are uncut, and some aren't. They aired the episode "Kadaitcha Country" more than once, and their are VHS recordings of both the full-length and the cut versions floating around. That may be true of some of the other episodes, too. I'm always looking to obtain the most complete prints possible.

The series was produced in Australia in 1972. Each of the episodes featured an American actor or actress in the lead role; several appeared multiple times {including Harry Guardino, Darren McGavin, Robert Lansing, Carol Lynley and Vic Morrow}. 26 episodes were filmed, and syndicated worldwide [via Allied Artists Television] in the 1973-'74 season.
