Fine job and inspiring to hear them carrying on their dads and other ABB members legacy and keeping alive the music of the ABB. This is much better than 99% of the new music we hear on the radio stations.

Give the kids a chance. They sit on a great legacy in the annals of Rock and Roll...some of the greatest and unique songs. They might even own the rights. and they have this famous family platform. Let them grow and learn. I love it

Elmore James wrote a killer tune that really stands the test of time and doesn’t get a mention. Hope his family still profits from the song. I guess Derek Trucks must not be to keen on the revival.lol. See him playing with Billy Strings a lot anymore and even smiling.

There are some killer southern rock bands out there like BlackBerry Smoke,Zack Brown band,Hell even Billy Strings and Marcus King can be put in that category somewhat. I’d put Billy Strings and Charlie Starr of BlackBerry have all the energy and eventually will be as good songwriters.

@rossmilligan5873 well said...grew up on the ABB... Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes were part of the revival, but these kids deserve to be heard, they are not some lame Vegas lounge act!✌️
