And one thing that if the flowers of berries are hollow like a very small bottle or something like that then dont eat them they are poisonous Remember: Edible berries are called 'solanum nigrum' And poisonous berries are called 'atropa belladona' You can search 'difference between solanum nigrum and atropa belladona' ❤❤❤😊😊😊 And if you can then please make some recipes using these berries❤ I want to try them when the plants of nightshades will grow, yes I have some nightshade plants that I planted my self❤❤❤

Trick to reduce the heat from the chili peppers 🌶️ is to take out the white membrane and seeds where most of the capsaicin is contained. Then rinse thoroughly in cold water to wash of any capsaicin that is holding on.

There are more vegetables commonly included in bibimbap. Test some of these alternatives yourself if you can find them: 1. beansprouts 2. red bell pepper 3. English cucumber 4. dried gosari 5. dried bellflower roots (doraji) 6. kimchi
