If you ever refresh these videos when splat 4 comes out you should totally add the final checkpoint versions of the s1 & 2 storymode songs

I couldn't rationalize to you WHY, but the first time I met Franklin, I immediately thought, "He speaks with a Cajun accent. 😳 I proceeded to read all his lines out loud with my best attempt at said accent, and got walked in on by my friend who had briefly left the room to use the restroom.... And proceeded to laugh his butt off.😂 I was going specifically for a voice like "Raymond" the lightning bug from Princess and the Frog. The Turkey Day event is so sweet.😊

The music names were incorrect due to local translations from the Nintendo Music app. I prefer these videos being more accurate, if that makes sense :D

Splatoon is such an amazing franchise. My favourite parts about the games are the music, story modes / dlc and the backround designs and lore. The lore is really interesting yet dark, the music is vibrant, exciting and sooo good. And I feel like the background design doesn't get talked about enough. Seriously, go play splatoon 1, 3 or octo expansion (Best background in my opinion.) and take a good look at the background of some of the levels. It is truly beautiful.

In my personal opinion, deep cut was pretty solid apart from anarchy rainbow, fire song. Squid sisters were a little bit of a one-hit wonder and Off the hook was (in my opinion) the best

To this day, Soak and Stomp (Grand Mix) always gives me MAJOR chills. Takes me back to the times where I spent hours playing the Grandfest.

@Diamonddubbed in a couple years I think it'll be a core memory. I decorated my entire room around the event, printing posters and the little idol banners and scattering them around my walls and shelves, changed my entire PC and phone setup, my calendar was grand fest themed, my entire life revolved around this event from announcement to end. I still have some bookmarks and banners
