Davenport photography quest (overseers house basement) of foundation (give the images to the raider at crater). Talk to their leader (where you gave the mirelurk meat) about helping, kill all the mirelurks that attack their base. When doing the vault 79 gold bullion story mission, give all gold to the raiders and none to foundation. When you come across a random encounter with the raiders attacking or being attacked, help them and talk to them after to get a small boost to your reputation.

@@Gaminggalaxy30 You have to go really close to th overseers house for it to show on screen as a quest, also you may need to complete her personal quest (holotapes). And the inoculation, for the scorched plague /virus. Also with the photography quest, make sure you have atleast 8 charisma, then you get a dialog option to say the raider stole the photos, then you still get the reward.

Good? Maybe. Best? Not really. You definitely want Tank Killer for armor penetration - if you want to pick locks use the Master Infiltrator legendary perk. Strange in Numbers is a notable omission as well. You're better off with Born Survivor instead of Mysterious Savior, and most people who advocate Ricochet don't realize that you still take the damage, it's just that your target takes some too. There's probably something else to use those points on.
