I don't get why prisoners are transported like this in the UK. Even murderers here in the US are put in a van that drives normally, might have a single escort vehicle if it's a particularly bad prisoner. A 7 year old video? Is the point of this recirculating reminder, that if vigilante Dale Cregan was free, then PC Benny Hannam would have been taken off our streets much sooner, rather than the extremist being protected by his loyal police colleagues.
