Followed these instructions, but the umbrella keeps falling down unless you really tighten it, now the plastic handle has come off the nut! I now have to use pliers to adjust it! Not impressed with the quality.

There are no holes to put hood on its so hard i don't know how to fix it.

I would like to ask 1 question please i got this today but it doesnt move up and down i mean the its a cot now so i cant make it into a bouncer how do i do that?

I have to say I did not have to use the instruction manual to fit this together. It was so easy and so straight forward. The suspension shock absorber 🎉💪🏾this system is so light weight. Great Price what a bargain. Better than the leading brands. There is no need to spend over £800 on a pram system.

How do you sort this hood out we have attached it and it don't stay up no matter how tight we have done the nut it was a fight an half to do this it's ridiculous why don't you send them assembled my daughter got so upset she wishes she didn't buy it !!!!

It would of helped putting it up from scratch not nearly done.

Attaching the hood is fucking stupid!

The holes in Rocking bottom timbers did not match with the screws. Made it hard to assemble the frame. Still working out how to assemble the hood.🤨

How about posting a video on how you put the hood on to these things!! Shocked at what state it came in to be honest.

Thank you for this Video, I was struggling until I watched this. What it was is our Legs are drilled different. The Straight side is on the inside, Not the outside like yours. It looks a bit weird But it's the only way it can go. Thanks again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
