What’s funny about this is Tito Puente asked to be on the show but they assumed he was a singer too, so they wrote this whole song. When it turned out he didn’t, they got Hank Azaria to do it whilst doing a Ricky Ricardo impression, and the club itself is a replica of Ricky’s club in I Love Lucy. Tito is playing the drums!

No Tito doesn't sing. The writers actually didn't know this when they invited him to guest star on the show. So they had to rework it at the last minute and had Hank Azaria sing the number.

Growing up Hispanic, I absolutely LOVED this song! One of the few times I felt representation in media. Thank you The Simpsons, something small like this made me feel special.

Cool note the animators put in...the set looks like a take off on the Tropicana Club from I Love Lucy, even down to the entrances on the left and right.
