If I'm not mistaken this guy has done drumming for Mariko Goto's solo album and if so he's a wizard <3
@NathanFiorentino4 жыл бұрын
He played on 299792458 but afaik none of her later albums unfortunately. I'd kill to go back in time to like 2012 and see Mariko Goto perform ドローン live with her band with Muneomi Senju on drums lol.

I miss playing shows with those guys. This one was especially fun. Trent took a sneaky video back stage of Fergie and her entourage "pre-show huddle" on his quality 2008 cell phone. He was almost immediately swooped down upon by The Fegie Security and asked to erase it right away. One of the many Saturday Knights hijinks moments.

In 1978... they played 3 shows in Seattle... on the wall for all 3 shows (back then I had figured out how to sneak into the Seattle Coliseum early in the day and hang out under the bleachers, so....front row...duh. heheheh). 2nd night...Brian tripped over a monitor, and fell on a security guard and then right on to me ! Had his beret in my hand ! Well, had to give it back. Next night he sees me front and center again... friend and I got backstage. "Here, have a topper". Gave me a hat.

Why do music interviews have to be so awkward? Answer: the interviewer doesn't come prepared. Those questions were so... basic. Plus he didn't get the "no one asks me about the high cymbal" joke. Man... Ask him about cooler stuff, like his favorite beer, or his favorite concert that he went to growing up and how that impacted him. But whatever the case, just COME PREPARED.
