There is a quest/in game purchase in World Vs World to get the mount, but the skin is from black lion trading post

i wish races had more cool stuff, racial skills have been long forgotten and its a big shame. i would love my norn to have more access to his bear form (and for the skills to not be so incredibly outdated with self-root etc) i would love for my asuran golemancer to have a permanent golem companion (not the jade mech!) or more access to her golem suit, i would love for my Charr engineer to be able to constantly wield his Charrzooka as it stand now i just play the human female meta, because racial skills are just so bad and pointless.

@@RaptorJesus. so I totally agree with you. I wish racial skills could have brought in more and more in each expansion. Totally love those ideas for asuran & charr. I think we could have more for Humans like avatar form when Elona dropped or Norn having access to more Spirits when living world dropped too.

@@bryondredd more human avatars would be awesome! maybe it could be baked in to the Prayers, you use Prayer to Lyssa to put a condi on the enemy currently, imagine if it also had a small chance to transform you into an avatar of lyssa for 10 seconds, causing aoe condies each second :D

Its a game that lets you go at your pace, and gear is evergreen. once you get exotic you can do raids. Once you get ascended youre BiS. Legendaries just let you switch stats and remove upgrades freely. a big design of the game is "Everything you do pays off in someway."

Take your time for sure. You don't NEED anything from gem store (save living world seasons but you can convert gold to gems if youa re good at making gold!) but if I had to pick ONE item from gem store for my 'first character' all over again it would be endless gathering tools with some nice glyphs added on. You dont' need to rush. It's a marathon not a race. I love Gw2 because it's not a gear treadmill game like WoW and FFXIV. I love the latter games but Gw2 is the one that keeps me coming back. I recommend going through as a human who follows Balthazar or a Sylvari. Esp in Heart of Thorns.

They're a new subgroup of Kodan rather than a seperate race. Could be thought-of as the "warmer regions" Kodan group a bit like how Quaggans have northern (icy areas) and southern (Sea of Sorrows) groups that visually differ from each other. Malice Swordshadow's "a false god" line is almost certainly about a Titan. 260+years previous in the timeline the Charr used to worship them as gods (the Flame Legion made a deal with the Titans for power, and used that power to rule over the other three legions) The Titans were believed to have been wiped out by the end of GW1, and in the Eye of the North expansion of GW1 the Flame Legion had switched to worshipping Destroyers for power instead. It was during his expansion that the other legions finally had enough and a revolution started to take down the Flame Legion (giving the Charr their starting outlook in GW2 where they're still at war with the Flame Legion 250 years later). So yeah, we've got the suspiciously titan-esk mobs shown in the trailer (the rock things), the Mursaat angle from the White Mantle stuff + the location (Titans and Mursaat were motal enemies + Janthir was the major Mursaat outpost other than the Ring of Fire Islands), and that line from Malice. Myself and all the GW lore nerds I know are pretty much certain that we're gonna find out that no the Titans are not all dead :D

First I love the lore dump right here and I completely forgot about the Titans! This would make complete sense if it was a titan, and how the land is like the way it is. I would be surprised we will see a musaat and it would be to get some more lore in the Janthir Outpost. The new subgroup of Kodan is interesting tho because this gives us other opportunity with other races too

@@bryondredd Honestly I think seeing an actual Mursaat is a distinct possiblity. As to why? After defeating Eparc in the SotO story, before/during the convo with Peitha and co immediately afterwards, take a gander at the corner of the room to the right of/level with the height of the Midnight Throne. The Eye of Janthir is lurking/watching :D Seriously I competely missed it my first playthrough of the last part of the story. It's so easy to miss it!

@bryondredd There being other Mursaat is already confirmed. When you talk to Isgarran in the epilogue/interlude instance after you rescue him, he makes mention of "Mursaat eternal Tyria" and he describes them as "Brutal but fair". The Mursaat come from Nayos (confirmed in a book in the tower) and the ones that were in Tyria were exiled from Nayos. Understandably they were pissed at being forced to a world with a high likelyhood of being anihilated by Elder Dragons. If you do the collections for the weapons (Forgotten Spire etc) one of those (I think it was the Forgotten Spire one) you actually learn that contrary to the previous belief that the Mursaat betrayed the Forgotten just because, actually the Seers betrayed the Mursaat first when they were supposed to help the Mursaat in an attempt against Zhaitan but backed-out. Result was a huge number of Mursaat got slaughtered, and their focus would have switched then to "to hell with everyone else, we're looking out only for ourselves!" Hence started their decline into the complete utter assholes with no consideration for any other race/actively using other races. Doesn't justify the shit they pulled later on with harvesting Human souls to keep the Titans imprisoned, but it explains a lot. Edited to add: yeaaaaaaaaaah you can tell I've been digging around a lot putting lore snippets together xD

I don’t get the appeal of this. It looks bland, boring, and sterile. The dialogue sounds like it was written by AI and the director gave the cast Xanax before they had to speak. I’ll see the movie on streaming, but this has all the personality of wet Kleenex.

If the crow looked closer to James O’Barr comic version. Right down to the rocker long hair with some spike ness in the front. If the vibe and music was more tragic in the trailer( hopefully that is fixed in the movie). If it was stylized similar to Sin City the movie.
