@joeharrington2116 get him in the gym, just a day or two a week... I have a similar frame and didn't hit my quickest until I was 32ish. The light gym stuff helped me get a bit whippier and significantly quicker. It was wonderful.

That wicket looks unsafe if someone is bowling properly fast. Some of that spin looked unplayable.

At least two dismissals were poor decisions. The stumping at the camera end and an lbs decision when even spectators could hear the snick off the bat. Disappointing as the win was on the cards. Congratulations and great coverage as always 🎉🎉🎉

Can’t help but notice how consistent your team is across the board. Rarely does any bowler go for significant runs and rarely does a batsmen have more than maybe the occassional low score.

Upwood could do with some anger management/sportsmanship lessons….Mr. Wynd in particular….failed to applaud the century, his appeals were a disgrace and his attitude was better placed on a football pitch
