Hi! I had some doubts where " initial investment" fits in the canvas. For example, the initial investment i make to creat my logo and website, should that come in "cost structure" in the canvas ?

Hello, any money that you spend on your business falls into cost structure. This includes start up costs.

They were very good! I used Alton Brown’s scone recipe and replaced the cream with eggnog and added a handful each of cranberries and white chocolate chips. 😊
