I bought the hull from "marinetic-yachtmodell.de". Unfortunately, the hull is no longer offered there. There are no plans. I drew all the plans myself after doing a lot of research.

Beautiful boat, but why the rudder? You could have easily used twin prop with differential thrust to steer the boat. I will be building a Sunseeker Predator 62, and I am also thinking of how to go about the propellers. I am glad I wont have to deal with Servos and Rudder, but twin ESC will be a headache for sure.

Ein super Modell mit extrem viel liebe zu den Details gebaut mit vielen unzähligen Details und alles super beleuchtet , einzig was ich persöhnlich sehr schade finde ist die umsetzung des Antriebes soweit ich informiert bin hat das Original Boot zwei oder drei Oberflächen Antriebe mit zwei bzw drei Motoren und das wäre das I Tüpfelchen gewesen wenn das Modell auch drei Oberflächen Antriebe bekommen hätte was mit Sicherheit der performace gut getan hätte . Besonders bei schweren Modellbooten ist es vorteilhaft zwei oder gar drei Propeller zu haben weil so recht einfach der Schub erhöht wird ohne riesige Propeller zu nutzen und hohe Drehzahlen . Grade ein dreifacher Antrieb ist noch sehr selten im Modellbau aber gut machbar , ich selber habe gute Erfahrung damit gesammelt. Mit meinem Modell der 90er jahre Offshore Rennjacht von Fabio Buzzi die legändere "Fiat Uno " die im Original drei Diesel Motoren hat die auf drei Oberflächen Propeller wirken , das habe ich nachgebaut mit drei BL Innenläufer 3650 2450KV die jeweils einen Oberflächen Prop antreiben . Im ersten versuch hatte ich die kleinsten Propeller gewählt die ich hatte( 29mm x 1,4 ) und war angenehm überrascht wie schnell das Boot ins Gleiten kahm und über die beachtliche Geschwindigkeit von ca. 50 Km/h und das mit einem 3s Lipo pro Motor was auch sehr überraschend war ist das ein Akkusatz locker 20 min reicht bei hohen Vollastanteil . De gleiche Motor Propeller Kombination an einem kleineren Boot mit nur einem Motor hatte keinen Erfolg gehabt obwohl das kleinere Boot nur ca.1/4 des Gewichts hatte wie die Fat Uno und insgesammt nur halb so groß war mit ca. 50cm länge .

Vielen Dank für den ausführlichen Komentar. Würde ich sie nochmal bauen, würde ich auch auf zwei Wellentunnel oder drei Oberflächenantriebe setzen, so wie beim Original. Vielleicht baue ich sie auch irgendwann mal um. Von der Power her ist sie allerdings mehr als ausreichend dimensioniert. Die Motorleistung ist auf 60% gedrosselt wenn sie scale Geschwindigkeit erreicht hat. Es steht also noch mehr als ausreichend Reserve zur Verfügung.

Vielen Dank ;-) Die von Revell habe ich auch gebaut. Natürlich auch in RC Ausführung. Muss sie aber noch ganz fertig bemalen. Ich würde mcih über Fotos von deiner eigenen Yacht freuen.

Bonjour, Super réalisation !!! Je suis fan ! Les lumières sont top ainsi que les fonctionnalités ! J'aimerais tant avoir le même… Je vous envies !! Combien de temps avez vous mis pour faire se magnifique bateau qui est mon favoris ? Comment avez vous eu les plans ? Pendant ce temps là, je fais un bateau de 1,15 m de long mais j'ai bientôt fini !!!!!! Bravo pour cette réalisation PS : Comme vous avez vu, je suis fan de bateaux ( voir ma photo de profil ) et particulièrement des Sunseeker Predator 108 !

Hi, thanks for the compliment. I worked over 600 hours on it. There are no plans. Only pictures on the internet and the plastic model kit from Revell in 1/72nd scale (which I also built as RC model). Good luck with your model.

Thanks man! All LED's, are 3 or 5mm LED's. The white lights are flathead LED's. There is no lighning plan on paper. The plan is just in my head, but I combined 3-4 LED's in a row with an protective resistor, to usw the ~12V from my 3S LiPo directly.

Hey, den Boden kann man bei Aeronaut (glaube ich zumindest, das es dort war) kaufen. Also einzelne leisten, die man dann anpassen muss.
