There's no true evidence to show they jumped the light. For all we know, it could've been green and then when you got to the end, it turned red.

Bit cheeky last min as for safety a merge in turn at speed should be done in plenty of time vs queuing where you should use all of both lanes. Honestly though this really isn’t bad and the Audi pulled the merge off safely!

They didn't check both directions or make eye contact with the driver. Even if you're in the right, as a pedestrian you're always going to come out worse off against a car, not worth being dead right.

Zebra crossings. Remember that traffic does not have to stop until someone has moved onto the crossing. Drivers and riders should give way to pedestrians waiting to cross and MUST give way to pedestrians on a zebra crossing (see Rule H2)

The mini was overtaking before the red car had fully changed lanes. They should have held back until the lane change had been completed. Unfortunately, this is fairly common, impatient drivers that tail gate then can't wait until a lane change manoeuvre has been completed. Had it happen to.me several times I am still straddling the lanes and a car is pushing passed, as a second more is to long to wait.

Top marks, used every lane. Years ago i was nearly taken off my bike at this roundabout by someone doing something similar. My fault though as i should have read the situation better. Citroen saxo with baby on board stickers in the right hand lane indicating right, I went to go round the outside to get a fast run onto the dual carrigeway and it turned left. I should know better.

He tends to record people stopped in traffic, no way equivalent to using it whilst driving at speed.

Like the council you mean. There isn't a 'merge in turn' in Swindon. In all of the merge points (including this 1) they have painted arrows that curve towards the other lane in only 1 lane. If they want you to merge in turn they should put staggered curved arrows in each lane pointing towards each other and a sign that says 'merge in turn' The road markings in this example have no instructions in the left lane. The markings in the right hand lane say 'this lane is ending move to the left'
