First check your mode, they may not be available in an LTM such as expedition. Yhey are not common but also not rare. Keep looking, I promise you will find them, although a quick finish of the main missions will also get you all 16 glyphs. Hey traveler, so I checked. They are there, in fact there was one at the first system space station. It could be that is different for you but should be there. There are a couple of ways with maps being the easiest for me. Visit a space station, go to cartographer and purchase 5 maps labeled ALIEN CARTOGRAPHIC DATA. Open maps and visit locations until you find a monolith. Once you do, make a save point before approaching the monolith. The monolith will ask a question or give a scenario , answer correctly and a beam of white light will shoot skyward. Then approach it again, then depending on system race, offer a gift of Korvax casing Convergence cube Gek relic Vykeen effigy Vykeen dagger Once the monolith accepts your gift it will then locate a portal If you are unable to engage monolith a second time, you've incorrectly answered the first time. That is when you reload and pick the other answers. All planets have a portal. If no luck after 5 maps, move to another system and rinse and repeat. Hope this helps. @@blakdawg03 ok i look for this video! But i find one way. I farm little balls and covert it in a raffinery to Nanites. If you you have an other save with no Starrunner i can give you 2. Now i have 9 Pieces of Starrummer and have no place for more ships at the moment. 11 are the maximum on starships i think. Need 4 glyphes more i serching :0)!

In short, if you had high enough standing with an alien faction, prices to buy modules would be red and in the negative numbers. This would make it impossible to buy tech mods from SS vendors. I sold a c class mod, after doing so I could then buy as normal. But odd thing my nanites went from 550k to max at 4 billion. This was supposed to patched in 4.62.
