Spending £650 with a company that doesn’t respond to emails or messages and offers NO customer support is too much of a risk to take. What if a heater stops working? A warranty is useless if the company will not respond. Change this and I will buy this.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I genuinely want this company to improve their customer service as they are the only one creating actual improvements in this hobby. Yes, Oase have listened to feedback and made changes to the Biomaster but is that filter perfect? With the noise I have to say no. Aquael however have made a filter (Hypermax) which is truly next level. I have now bought this although not the link version as I have concerns if one of the heaters stops working, how does that get fixed? It appears I’m not alone with this experience. What this creates is doubt and with doubt, potential customers will go back to the established companies who, I feel do not provide anything new or innovative but they do provide peace of mind, especially when spending top end money, this means the customer experience is not the best. I read/ watch that hobbyists feel the lack of innovation impairs the experience which is leading to a decline in new customers and here is a company who I believe genuinely have some great ideas but this lack of customer service does put them off. I’m sure this message won’t be read by Aquael, their customer support doesn’t appear to be so why would this however, if it does then please listen. I understand you are a younger company than the others so while you build why not offer a unique code/ number to customers who have purchased a product and offer support to then exclusively or at very least through your licensed suppliers? I’m not alone in saying we want Aquael to be the leader in this hobby, please hear us. (The Hypermax is incredible, it is the best filter I have owned having had FX, Eheim, Oase top end models). But I will end thanking Aquael for making a filer which is refreshingly better than anything else currently available.

Witam, mogę gdzieś zobaczyć schemat jak woda przepływa wewnątrz filtra ?, chciałabym się dowiedzieć czy w najniższej części zewnętrznej filtra -ten pion z rurą wlotową - ruch wody jest tam jakoś wymuszany przez konstrukcję wewnątrz ? czy woda odrazu przepływa do części z koszykami ?

I might consider this one for an aqua-terrarium with turtles. Are the intake and outflow long enough for this? Because the water level is at least 30cm lower than the edge of the tank and I need both water intake and outtake to be under water. Actually it needs to be more as the water level drops as some evaporates. So at least 40cm down for both intake and outtake. The system is modular, but I am not sure if there are enough pieces to reach 40cm down. Or are these pieces also available separate?

Good video. Unfortunately, you made an important mistake. The filter media should be ordered from bottom to top, from coarse to fine, because the filter works from bottom to top. The water is rising. So you set the media the opposite way.

@@hirschtrinktwasser if the filter works bottom to top isn't the video correct, with the black heavy filter at the bottom, followed by the two white cotton-type trays, followed by biomedia? Thats physical>biological in order bottom to top.

Nie kupujcie tego ścierwa. Wody w tym gównie nie da się zaciągnąć. Zrobili film podglądowy ale jak wodę zaciągnąć to już nie pokazali.

Filtry spoko, ale z tą watą to powinniście już sobie dawno darować. W każdym filtrze, prosto z pudełka powinny byc dwa koszyki gąbek w różnej gradacji (rzadka i średnia) a reszta koszy ceramika. Przynajmniej recenzenci nie umieraliby ze śmiechu testując wasze filtry. Zdajecie sobie sprawę że każdy tę watę wyrzuca?

filtr zajebisty, ale totalnym nieporozumieniem jest brak do tej pory aktualizacji softu w aplikacji na takie same funkcje jak wersja bluetooth, w serwisie dostałem informacje że pracują nad wdrożeniem, ale jak na razie cisza. szkoda ponieważ jeżeli ktoś chce mieć wszystko razem, musi wybierać. albo grzałki w środku albo większa konfiguracja.

Just purchased one and got an additional canister for it, installation was easy especially with this informative video. I will continue to add more canisters, throughout the year. It will be easy due to the bypass feature it has. At the moment I have three aquariums and each one has a different filter. With this being such an easy solution and the pump being very quiet ( I have mine inside the tank) if it shows great performance by the end of the year I will more than likely have all my aquariums have their own canister filter.

Мой первый внешний фильтр это версия 2000, заказал ещё одну версию на 1500, отличный фильтр, вот было бы идеально с перекидными трубками поработать, крепление сделать на стекло ,как у Китая

Dziwny filtr I denerwujący strasznie, wersja 1500. Nie wiem czy to mój model jest taki, ale przy odpalaniu nie chciał wody od razu pompować, 10 minut się dławił. Jak wyłączę go to już nie może się włączyć, muszę dojść do wirnika i go poprawić, żeby zacząć się kręcić. Ogólnie masakra. Czyli ogólnie ten filtr jak jiz ruszy to powinien być włączony noc stop, bo inaczej tak się dzieje jak napisałem...

dziwne, ja nie mam takiego problemu. dać mu ssanie na początku i sam sobie pobiera wodę, zostawić na 10 minut i uruchomić. Działa bez zarzutu.

Pytanie do firmy Aquael: Chodzi mi o moment 3:37 dlaczego w tym filtrze są opaski zabezpieczające na wloty węży a w flagowym Ultramaxie ich nie ma?! W ogóle szanowni inżynierowie mogliby pomyśleć nad rozwiązaniem na nakrętkę jak u konkurencji np:, Tera, Eheim, Hydor. To taka moja drobna sugestia.

Der schlechteste Filter Überhaupt auf dem Markt. Leistung ist eine Katastrophe, wenn man nicht alle 3 Tage den Vorfilter reinigt, aber zur Krönung ist das entleeren des Vorfilterkorbes, da ist die Überschwemmung vorprogrammiert. Vom Handel gehypt wie der Name schon sagt, und dann kommt die bittere Pille was die Leistung betrifft. Dann doch lieber Eheim forever und nicht diesen PolenDreck, das ist billigster Polenscheiss, den niemand braucht.

Just bought this filter today in the uk for £350 it replaces both of my fluval fx6s and does a better job then them, the flow is very very strong, the only one point i would like to mention is the 4x pipes come all ready cut to 1 meter lengths i wish they just came as one length so the user can cut them accordingly to there tank, i have to buy one long piece of hose to reach the other end of my tank to place one of the intakes there other then that the filter is well worth the money and beats the fx6 😊
