Its cool and all but it is not just as strong as the print if it was supported. That part isnt 100% sealed.

Why do you rely on Euroboxes that require preprocessing to wrap and stack your product? Couldn't you just make your product compatible with the Eurobox format geometry in the first place?

I hope "WÜRTH" is one of those "enormously big corporations", that would be like a lottery ticket for you, which I hope it is. As brilliant minds like yourself deserve to get rich, and not the ones who exploit brilliant minds.

Eh i wouldnt call that "printed". The individual parts were printed, but the final product was constructed, not printed.

Hmm, this is not just an insertion of the part. I can see that print continued over the part which was inserted. Which means that there is a big round "bridge" on top which does not sitck well to the inserted part. Orr I'm missing something? ...

Damn i thought you were gonna show something new or cool. Not this classic one. Also as someone else said, cool till its running overnight (or i like to print while at work) supports dont care if yout their or not
@krishnabotu4798Ай бұрын
It's a good idea but it takes some extra time and also previous maded part have some support structures to made the part properly so no need make a separate part and make single part to reduce time

What does your gcode look like though, because as far as the slicer knows your main part has a huge overhang and will try to account for that.

Do you have to pause the print manually, or can you insert a pause function after a specified layer into the process?

actually, having a rotating barrel with grooves for the shank of each screw rotating at the end of the magazine might work. The rotating component allows screws to drop into the slots as the slot passes the end of the magazine. The barrel rotates picking up screws and bringing them around to the dispensing position where they are counted by a sensor as they are released and rop into the catch container. The rotation stops when the required number of screws are dispensed,. I'm thinking that a magazine empty sensor and a dispense end counting sensor would needed. The barrel rotation stops when the count is satisfied or the magazine goes empty and restarts automatically when the container is automatically replaced or by manual button if manually replacing the catch container. Just an idea.

I don't have time to constantly check for the right time. Is there a way to automatically pause the printer at a specific position and time? Though I can't even know the exact time for the right position. I wish I knew some gcoding.

Christopher, I highly marvel your work! Engineering as it should be!.. What I'm wondering - since you finally want to build commercial products - how to you deal with patents ? ... Imho today you can't build anything without possibly violating a ton of patents ... do you have any thoughts or experience in this area ?
