looking to learn this! i was wondering do you need maxed out spring settings for this? i prefer mine to be around a bit further than halfway hence! also wondering how good do you think you would do on single chain pedals? thats what i have right now. right now my max is around 190 on a good day but thats like a weird technique with involves me doing alot with my shin muscles (so like the opposite of ankle technique) and i noticed that i plateaud like this as i ahve been stuck at this speed for around 2 years so i want to learn what you do!
