when you have a continuous string of kana to say a phrase, made up of multiple words, how do you know where one word ends, and the next begins?

I am learning Chinese, German, and Japanese. If I were a foreigner, I think it would be better to learn Chinese or Japanese than Korean. Unless I travel to Korea often.

Absolutely BS and scam!!!!! Billed €199 even I cancelled within trial period, although promoted $199. Have not been responded to any of my emails until I sent despute to my bank. They don't deliver what promised. 1st - try to download the app to tablet=doesn't work. 2nd - try to use Disney+ = does not possible in Belgium Extra subscription on Netflix...€15 extra Then I tried on my phone, only useless shows are available, BUT I can not connect to Netflix on my phone. Use chatgpt and youtube

French doesn’t sound romantic at all to me. It sounds…. How do I put it? Let’s say you walk into an old woman’s house. There are flowers everywhere. Pink doilies cover every flat surface. There are 37 cats. The air smells strongly of potpourri. That’s what French sounds like to me.

I’d say that from an English speaking perspective Japanese and Korean kind of sound the same in its fast and speedy way of talking however Chinese sounds very distinct with it sounding slower and more effort put into pronouncing the words.

Problem is, I'm a gay man, and I can't stop having that awkward feeling when a cute Latino or Brazilian guy would reach out to chat. I mean, the struggle is real! Conflict of interest! 😄
うん、そうか. You sound just like my French friend when he speaks English, except with that classic Asian shaping of certain vowels. Like when you say “how”And sometimes you sound British for half a second. Like when you say No. And some words you sound like an American doing a bad imitation of a surfer dude but like I said it lasts for a split second. Those are just my observations.

As an American studying French, I definitely found the Quebecois accent more romantic, because it sounds more relaxed and fun, and it's easier to imagine someone I had really gotten to know sounding like that, but with the Parisian accent it sounds nice but very formal, almost like he's too shy to relax and be himself.
@KE-09-01215 күн бұрын
Since they are all formal ways to say you’re welcome(they’re absolutely useful in formal situation tho), let me just tell you a casual way to say it. Daijobu 大丈夫 it means “nothing” We use this phrase often. You can turn this phrase into a formal one when you add desu です at the end of the phrase. Hope it helps 🫶
@bigbong.official15 күн бұрын
@@KE-09-012 大丈夫 (Daijoubu) does not mean "nothing" but "all right". You can make it a question 大丈夫ですか。(Daijoubu desuka) "Are you all right?" And use 大丈夫です。 (Daijoubu desu) to answer "I’m all right". In some contexts, you could use it as an answer to thank you. But it wouldn’t be my first choice.
