I went through the same thing with my 13900K. Tried different motherboards, power supplies, sets of RAM, BIOS updates, BIOS settings, etc. Finally returned my 13900K to Intel, tried the replacement for a few weeks and issues started happening AGAIN with that one so I bought a 7950X3D, 2X32GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 6000MT/s EXPO RAM, Crucial 2TB T705 Gen5 NVME, and an Asus X670E Proart Creator motherboard. I yanked the Intel garbage out, built the new AMD system, transferred my Gigabyte RTX 4090 Master video card and 4TB Crucial P3 NVME over and it almost brings me to tears how awesome this thing is. Not a single glitch or issue. Runs perfectly smooth, no issues running at 6000MT/s, the T705 NVME reads at 14,600MB/sec and writes at 12,600M/sec. All my issues disappeared and I couldn't be happier. I went through almost 2 years of hell with my 13900K and this AMD system is everything my 13900K was supposed to be - but wasn't. Make the switch, you won't regret it.

We live in a very unjust world clearly, about a decade ago. We were begging Intel and other manufacturers to unlock and allow for more overclocking, that being said fast forward to today's standards. We get exactly what we asked for now.We complain that it's too much power because we have the lack of intelligence to realize we're just measuring our dicks with our cpus and our pcs, and this and that I too. I'm to am cursed by this generation of cpus, but that doesn't mean I haven't learned over the last twenty years how to maintain a pc to a Stable working pc, it's simple people.If the c p u cannot sustain 59 58 or 57 for that matter, Then just accept the fact that it's not gonna be able to do that and move on. I have a 14900ks, I run it like a 13900k. I have zero stability issues, and all my games run flawlessly, at under 65c. Or you can take the chance. Try to overclock something that's been already overclocked, and we all know this is refresh from a thirteen gen, so why are we pushing it.
