Just look at Messi's first touch in the 2015 UEFA Champions League final against Juventus, where he controlled a high ball with a defender right on him and immediately set up the next play-perfection. Messi really has a better first touch than Mahrez.

It seems no one here understands why he is a traitor. Yes he is English, but he made the choice to play for Ireland and more importantly took a senior cap (which Jack grealish didn't and thus isn't viewed as harshly). He made the choice to pledge for Ireland and then swap, nothing forced em to take that cap.

I prefer Van Basten. He scored goals CR could not even imagine let alone produce. In Marco's era defense was a lot more brutal. He created many of his goals while CR as a striker scored a lot of tap-ins and penalties. Van Basten was a lot more artistic and a lot more likeable character.

Marco was more talented than Cristiano. 28 years: 3 ballons d'or. If you look at the numbers of Cr7 today, he's 39...he's a great player, a machine. but there were mor gifted players than him: Ronaldo Nazário, Romário and Gerd Müller, besides Marco

No doubt. Van Basten was a master striker. I haven’t seen a striker turn with the ball the way that he does with a marker on his back. While subtle he was able to read their position and turn defenders ANY WAY HE WANTED anytime. It was incredible. On top of that he was the PERFECT striker.
