Starting wrestling as a senior. I’m having trouble picking up the moves, like I’m learning slowly. I’m not sure how to get the moves down and I just feel behind everyone else

I like this a lot, we use a "swoop" single wherein you grab a low single and sweep outside. This would be good for that.

I found a bunch of loop videos that I recorded for my curriculum website but never published on KZbin. There are about 50, I've scheduled them to come out daily. I'm not coaching as much these days, as I'm focused on www.WrestlingTournaments.com, which will have a larger impact on the wrestling community.

This is the only thing I do, everything flows from this position. Take it any direction you like...
@Richard-g4u1r21 күн бұрын
Out in public, stalemates are ALL I've ever seen. Wrestling matches in public are basically always assault and battery. Some male, who obviously has been studying and practicing wrestling for a while, unexpectedly (to the victim) jumps on the back of some other male, who they're assuming (almost always, correctly) has had zero wrestling training and practice, grabs their arms, and places them in a wrestling hold from which they're unable to escape. But the attacker can't manage to do anything more than hold on to them in that position. Uninformed (around all) observers decide that the attacker is obviously the stronger AND more athletic of the two. Which is what the attacker wanted them all to decide when he was planning his attack.

@JasonLayton22 күн бұрын
Moving your chin over covers the top of the opponent's head, preventing them from lifting it up and boot scooting.
