Yes, just get a soil test for your privy or full blown septic system and put water source 100' away. Just common sense and Littleton is friendly, small town and easy to get along with!

Easement, right of way road that needs to be cleared of blow downs, brush but you can definitely see the road... video shows the roadway and your job ahead...

Easement are 99% of the time how you access any Maine waterfront properties. Maine lakes are not connected by year round town maintained roadways and not all have juice. This is off grid log cabin shell to DIY finish to your tastes smack dab on the water for one low low price. Easements are better than purchasing a helicopter, getting licensed to fly it right? 😀

Neighbor... (pause) what neighbor? You could do a privy, full septic, add well or use water from the lake. All depends what you call "camping". This place was a day camp or cabin for the owner.
