I was just out there a couple weekends ago with my little cousins. We had good luck throwing powerbait someone near the dam. Try to get as far and deep as possible Where the water is a little bit cooler for the fish

Bought a 2002 Silverado LT Z71, which is one year younger than me. Had a little under 210k when I bought it, and before I put 5k on it the transmission went out. I do plan on getting a new one but similar to your truck it has small minor things broken that won't be too hard to fix

I use to average 15mpg, mid 16's on the highway. It ran strong till 307k miles when it was totaled from a girl running a red light!

I don't see it making an external leak since the gasket is for internal components. An external leak might be something like an oil pan gasket, rear main seal. Cooling lines, valve cover gasket, and things of that nature.

Picked up the cousin, a 2001 Sierra 1500 that’s a z71 and it reminds me of my brother’s first car a 2001 suburban. Everything is clean and original and it was passed down from father to son and was taken care of. I’m never getting rid of it!!
