Probably because of the network. That was in season 1 of Harley Quinn which was a DC streaming exclusive. Later on, they were combined into HBO with DC streaming service being phased out and are now on HBOMax instead. I think the latest season or 2 of Harley has a lot less censorship as well. Atleast, that's my guess. But who really knows other than whoever had Psycho censored lol
