My favorite summer meal is a grilled chicken salad because it's really great for everyone's health anyway Kelly Jo Bloedel here are a couple of family vlogs that you and your family will have a lot of fun being friends with Carrie Corrado and Cassie Green and Carmen's Family Adventures TV and welcome to the Leary family home 😀 and GriffinFamVlogs and The Platon Twins and The Corwin Family anyway I had a really rough day at work so I'll be sure to tell you some more family vlogs when my body has fully recovered and of course I'll be sure to tell family vlogs about and your family just for fun as well:).

Recipes Below 👇 * Giant Snack Cookies/Bars* 2 c. or 4 sticks butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp baking soda ½ c. buttermilk (1 c. milk + 1 TB lemon juice or keifer) 4 c. whole wheat flour 4 c. oats 1 c. raisins and/or chocolate chips Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees (I used an 11 x 17 inch pan in the video) *Whole Wheat Banana Bread (or muffins)* 1 c. butter or coconut oil, softened or melted 1/2 c. sugar (cream these first 2 ingredients together, then add ...) 6-8 mashed bananas 4 eggs 2 tsp vanilla (optional) Mix dry ingredients: 4 c. whole wheat flour 1-1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1. chopped walnuts (optional) Bake at 350 degrees for one hour (bread) or 20 minutes (muffins). This recipe makes 2 loaves or 2 dozen muffins. *Homemade Protein Bars* 1 c. nut butter (I used chunky peanut butter) 1 c. rolled oats 1 large banana 4 scoops chocolate protein powder Place all ingredients in a food processor. Add a little milk or water (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk) to moisten batter as needed. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Put in the freezer until firm (but not frozen) and then cut into bars. Store in fridge or freezer!

Starting is often the hardest part of fitting in exercise -- at least for me! But when I tell myself that I only need to do 5 minutes and start slowly, I'm so much more likely to press play. I also don't like someone talking at me first thing in the morning, so this warm-up is music only! I hope this helps motivate you to move your body today :)

Hello! Thanks so much for watching 💕. I will say that having older kids is definitely helpful, and you establish systems as you go that eventually become more habitual (for everyone!). There is always tweaking, of course 😉. So far, I do some video editing during quiet time and on Saturday.

Yes! Of course! I love the workouts by BODi, and I'm currently doing a program called The Morning Meltdown. I run a wellness group for moms where there's a number of us who do BODi workouts!! Happy to share more info if you're interested!
