Cannon’s customer service (if you can call it that) SUCKS ! You call and try to get help because your safe wont open and then wait on hold for 30 mins then they hang up on you ! 🤬

I have the same safe and it's been a pos ever since. Replaced the locks three times still doesn't work unless you pull the opening handle just like you said. Sometimes mine won't latch shut unless I slamm it shut. Last canon I will ever buy.

Installed new batteries. Will the safe lock you out if you make to many attempts to enter the code

Stealth safes are the same way. Looks like it uses the same Rotobolt as mine. That mechanism is junk.

People, spend a bit more and stay away from these shitty box store gun safes. Just looking at that lock bar assembly should tell you that thing could be pried wide open very easily.

You are correct you should never load a swing bolt as it will not realise Common problem people try and turn the handle before the bolt has time to realise

I can’t open my door to get to the inside. My lock just beeps as soon as I install the battery.

I’m currently having the same issue. Every once in a while it would not open. One day it just wouldn’t open anymore. I’ve tried many different things, but no luck. With your video, I’m able to get an idea of where I can drill to hit the tiny piece of aluminum inside the lock which flips up to allow the half moon to move. I took apart the replacement Cannon lock, and you’d be amazed at the pieces inside that cost less than one cent.
