Why is there so much fog. The battle scenes look horrible!

Black Power produces a huge amount of smoke when fired, from muskets and cannons. Fires brake out etc and Battle scenes are not meant to look pretty. Atmosphere is required to be added when filming such scenes to recreate that atmosphere. If you look up goose green which be comparison is relatively modern you see a real live battlefield covered in smoke to the point you hardly see a thing

@@paulbiddiss9237 I get that, but what I'm saying is that there is just way too much fog and smoke. Where you can't see anything in the background.
