I've a question, I've a simple PayPal account and when I send invoices to our clients , they try to pay with their card but it goes back to top again, sometimes says we can't add this card. Please check your information or use another card. Some of my clients even paid with the invoices . What's the reason behind that? Please help me find the reason.

The more I dig into WooCommerce, the more I dislike it. I agree with @heather77 that they can be much more efficient in their plugins. The way they operate makes the back end look like Frankenstein with too many inventors. The comments I read on the WooCommerce site for buying their plugins are pretty much all below 3 stars. Seems no one is happy with how WooCommerce operates, yet, they don’t seem to get the message from customers, or they just don’t care. And honestly, the shopping cart options just look ganky. Very 2004. I’ll very likely be jumping ship from WooCommerce in early 2025 to go with a more integrated platform, aka, Shopify.

Trying to connect WooCommerce and Square. Woo asks for business location but the drop down box does not work. Business location is set in square it just won't show up when I log in thru Woo. Which I believe is the reason nothing is syncing.

Hey Simon, is there a way to trigger an email notification to the site admin when a new renewal order is created for a subscription that is paid manually? The renewal is not auto-charged to a credit card. Currently the renewal order is created and that order has a status of "Pending payment" but only the customer gets notified they need to make a payment, and I need the site admin to be alerted that the order was created.

you didnt go over any payment options, how do you list the products and price them accordingly. What im trying to figure out is how to list an item for a set price but then list the same item again in quantity for a cheaper price.

After purchasing a subscription, the user account does not show any subscription. I have tested it, if the user buys a subscription product and does not create an account the user account will show an empty subscription field. It is not possible to link the email with the order id. Strange and no way to be managed.
