i cant make out it out completely or translate it cause some of it wont make sense in english and some of it is basque. but this type of punk rock is called "rock radical" its distinct from punk rock from madrid. mostly a disatisfaction and frustirations of a with the dictatorship that followed after the civil war. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basque_Radical_Rock
