It's been some time since I played this, but I think you should either load moments before boss fight and also you can go back because that is your chk point. And when you do go back I suggest that you do some side quests and gather resources and upgrade DECOCTIONS from the EVOLUTION tab. Or you can ease the level of the game and clear this boss.

@@AbeerDaanish yeah. The original engines that comes with the ship is 5x better than the ones you threw on. I stole a Varun Hymn, which is just a repainted Galileo, and it's been my main ship since; along with some mods. I threw on: infirmary, workshop, extra crew quarters, and captain's quarters. Also the Reladyne engines that you threw on yours, to complement the ones that come with the ship. Tbh, those four together gives you the engine power necessary to push the ship. That was after I upgraded the reactor to a C-class, so it might not work normally.
